OPEN CR MEME.
It's our first CR meme. Apps aren't yet open, so this is mostly a place to jam for anybody! If you comment to this meme, you have an invitation. Please use this space to talk about characters you're interested in apping, while I use this space to figure out how big the first round might be.
Please note that you do not have to app whatever characters you mention here, and you are not inextricably tied to whatever vampire abilities you discuss here. You're free to change your mind between here and apping.
The tentative open date is OCT 10, with apps opening OCT 05, so I figure we've all got plenty of time to get our ideas in order before then.

CHARACTER / FANDOM: Nicte Batan / Motherland: Fort Salem
VAMP ABILITIES: Tossing up between dirt nap/daywalker, already married to night creature (because Nicte can control a bat 'choir' and only being able to do that with one bat at a time will make her Scream), will probably... pick blood memories... STILL THINKING
CHARACTER DIRECTION: Tiny bit of background for ya: Nicte is a rat bastard who started up a rebel witch group solely to kill innocent civilians in a gross act of revenge because an old friend in the army wronged her Once. She killed one human for every witch ever killed in the military and said SARAH ARE YOU WATCHING? DID YOU SEE? the whole time; she's basically grudgewank, but personified. Clearly she's killed people before, but she had a 'good reason' for doing it so I think it would be cool if she actually had trouble with it here. Hard to do evil bad things if you don't get to say fuck you to the American military while you're doing it am I right
Also I'm really looking forward to writing Nicte without her canon typical powers. They were pretty much the sole reason her life ended up where it is, and losing that will be so Interesting maybe just for me but there you are
WANTED CR: Literally anything. She's abrasive as all get out and dripping with sarcasm but she adores intelligence and those who can clearly think for themselves. She is able to play nice with others if she perceives them to be on her side (ie the right and correct side) also she's a massive flirt
She WAS very close with somebody who then fucked her over hard, ruined her life, and attempted to cover up her entire existence and, by using magic, forced everybody to forget about her, therefore playing the trust game will be......... difficult. But I'd love to get her in tight with other characters, & once she has a cause she'll fuckin' die for it no questions asked, so prepare for it to get like this immediately once she's won over.
Basically she's a character who can swing into extremes very easily and with little build up so I imagine characters who have more than a degree of chill may find her irritating, whereas somebody who might like to enable her would find her delightful
